Windify Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info.windify@gmail.com. Returns must be sent to:

(Only approved returns will be accepted at this address.)

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products (e.g., the Memory Glow Lamp or any item printed with user-submitted photos)

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible), and place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
However, this does not apply to custom or personalized products like the Memory Glow Lamp.
Eligible items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Refunds
We’ll notify you once your return is received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
