Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–14 business days. Custom-made products, like the Memory Glow Lamp, may take longer due to production time. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer both domestic and international shipping. Delivery estimates vary by location and carrier.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to update.

Delays & Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, customs, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info.windify@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging so we can file a claim and resolve the issue.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Windify is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
